Apologies, Ed H*** told me he had respondedWe will have him remit response as soon as he is back in the office (he is currently in PA traveling back to Ohio)

First and foremost - Traxler Printing takes pride in what we do. We take time and effort to ensure every order is produced correctly and meets our clients deadlines. We at Traxler Printing sponsored this organization in year 1 working with them. We worked tirelessly to meet their expectations,...

printing on garments they provided and we provided. Often with little information provided by the client though we asked countless times to ensure it was correct. We rarely maybe once or twice before have decided internally not to work with a client if they cannot supply the correct information to fulfill their needs. This was the case with this client. However, year 2 they came back - we agreed to print again for them. There was off the cuff mention they changed names of their organization. New art was supplied. Though they dispute mock ups were not provided they were in fact sent and neglected by the client. On our end we did make an error and print the wrong image. HOWEVER, we did rush order all replacements of their garments and reprinted them immediately before their event with the correct image to meet their needs. In all, the rush ended up costing Traxler Printing more than two times their original amount charged. We took a huge hit to make them happy.Nevertheless, she returned, continuing to complain and actually called our amazing customer service manager and our company sexist. We are far from that. We try to employ as many women as we do men. We support countless charities and causes centric to women's rights and equality. That's how we have built a great foundation in our community. After their reprints were delivered, we did negotiate with the client to sell the original item at events for cost to recoup some of our losses and both parties agreed that 50% of those sales would be donated to charity. At some point, they decided without notifying us that this was unacceptable and instead of reaching out - sought us out at a very busy event in the summer of 2016 and started yelling again, in front of our booth full of customers making a scene. Months later, we received correspondence from their attorney to confirm that we stopped selling the items (which we did in June 2016) and that we destroy any remaining garments, which we also complied with. In return we asked these disputes and unprofessional accusations and negative reviews be removed. Which they have yet to comply with. If ever in need of correcting something we have possibly done in error we exhaust all resources to prevent things like this from happening. We have a high track record of charitable donations and correcting any errors if ever they occur. This is a non issue now and both parties have parted. Again, we strive to be the best in the industry. This is why we offer reprints if this happens. We bend over backward to ensure our customer are satisfied. Why wouldn't we? The more our clients grow the more we continue to grow and be able to support our local community as well as continue to sponsor and donate hundreds of thousands of dollars to local non-profits and event.

We were surprised to receive this response as our Revdex.com complaint was filed nearly a year ago.  We dispute the statements by Traxler.  Our last letter sent on January 12, 2017 by our attorney asked for written confirmation through their attorney that apparel with our branding had been destroyed.  We did not receive this confirmation. We would be happy to remove negative reviews and withdraw this complaint if Traxler would appropriately respond to our letter.
