I ordered a ring from them on dec [redacted]. I am very aware that's new years eve but that was when my funds hit so I ordered my wife a wedding ring for our first anniversary, witch is on the [redacted]. When I ordered the ring, the funds were taken off, so I thought everything was ok. After the new year, I seen there were no changes in the status on the ring so I called. They then said they sent me a email that was never sent to verify who I was. Witch I didn't mind doing but my thing is I ordered the ring at 6am my time so why wasnt there an email to verify who I was that day. But now I called got that out the way and was insured ill have my ring the wednesday before my anniversary. So after I send my verification over, I called them back to make sure they had everything they needed on my end. So the next day I get a call asking about the ring size. I told them if need be ill get it sized myself. Just please send my ring asap. So they ship the ring, put the funds back on my card, then take them back off, never heard of that and never send me a tracking number for the ring. I call and he tells me I should have looked in my spam for the tracking number when all the other emails from them came to my email. I still dont have the ring as of yet, but they definitely ruined my first anniversary..

Review: I purchased a joe rodeo Broadway watch and it arrived on Friday Jan **, 2016. It was damaged with scuffs and chipped paint and missing diamonds on the watch . I contacted company and spoke with Spencer with repairs and he guaranteed me a new watch if I sent it back. I sent it back via fed ex on Monday Jan ** and it arrived at the company on Thursday Jan **, 2016. Upon speaking with spencer he informed me that my new watch would be sent out the next day . I have called and spoke to the company everyday since they received the watch and everyday they tell me that it will be shipped out the day of the call. I asked for a refund today Jan **, 2016 and was told by spencer he was shipping out a new joe rodeo Broadway watch by the end of the day and I would receive email tracking number . This never occurred an I never received an email. I called again and received no answer at the business number . I have contacted 18 precinct police dept and my local Haltom city police dept for help with his matter.Desired Settlement: Send new joe rodeo Broadway watch or issue me a refund

Review: I purchased a watch from TraxNYC in Oct. 2014, I talked with sales agent concerning the details of the watch and agreed upon price. It is written in our emails and one from TraxNYC that my watch would fit an 8 inch wrist.I received my watch in early October, but it didn't have the two bracelet links that were agreed upon to be included on the watch. I contacted TraxNYC and they said to send it back to them and they would add the two links as agreed upon. luminous hands not working as well. I sent the watch back, they added the two links, and then the watch did not keep time after that and I was told by their customer rep that I should "just buy a watchwinder." I have had nice watches all of my life and a good, quality watch shouldn't need a watchwinder to get it going again. I tried wearing the watch longer to see if it would "sef-start" and it did not. It never kept time again for me after receiving it back from their department. I was wearing it at home on Christmas Eve and was trying to see if I could get it to keep time. I looked down and the crystal, diamond bezel, and seconds hand were GONE from this watch. Thankfully, I found the pieces, except for the second hand. I contacted TraxNYC and was told this doesn't happen with their watches. I then filed a claim with my credit card for help to resolve this issue. A watch that I paid 5400.00 and only wore a few times (and it only kept time one time) should not fall apart. We had a long dispute with TraxNYC and my credit card. I sent the watch back to them saying that I didn't trust their quality and that their customer service was very poor. TraxNYC hid behind their sales policy of refunds and would not refund the watch. They did fix the watch and it showed up at my doorway unannounced. My husband signed for the package. I looked at the watch and realized it looked small. The watch is too tight. I cannot wear it. I cannot tell if original watch. They did not put back the two links that were supposed to be in the watchDesired Settlement: I have contacted TraxNYC pointing out that they did not include the two bracelet links(which is in the sales agreement). I had to send them three emails before I received a response. I just want the 2 authentic bracelet links that are to go with this watch so that it will fit. They have not sent them + have been very unprofessional. I understand that their salesreturn/refund but they are not honoring the original sales contract. Very poor record keeping. Watch bracelet 6 1/4 in, too small

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID# [redacted], and have determined that my complaint has NOT been resolved becauseTRAXNYC corp has not sent the correct lnks for the Rolex that I purchased. Please see photo. The links do not match the watch bracelet. They are a completely different style. I do understand that mistakes can happen, but when TRAXNYC corp has a photo of the watch they sold to me, I am dismayed that they cannot send the correct links for the watch. So, here it is, June [redacted], 2015 and I purchased the watch early Oct. 2015, I had to return the watch more than once to TRAXNYC and he last time it was sent back for repairs, the watch came back with two bracelet links missing. The watch is supposed to fit up to an 8 inch wrist (as stated in purchase agreement/sale contract), yet the current watch has a bracelet that will only fit a 6 and 1/4 wrist. I do not understand why I have purchased a watch that I cannot wear. I have been very patient with TRAXNYC corp, but am very disappointed. All I asked was for TraxNYC corp to send me the two links for the watch that were on the bracelet and today I receive two small links that are not even the same style. I have asked TraxNYC corp via email (cc-ed to Revdex.com with my complaint case number) to promptly send me an overnight label so that I can return these links to them ASAP and finally receive the appropriate links for the simple oyster bracelet that is a very common bracelet for the watch I have purchased. Seems unreasonable that I have paid a significant amount of money for a nice watch, yet am unable to wear it because it is too small after I had returned it to them for repairs. I had hoped that TRAXNYC would uphold the original sale contract and am still waiting for this company.Dear Revdex.com, Please advise on best course of action. Thank you, [redacted]

Review: Well, it has been a month now since I placed a order for a pendent. Basically, I mean, I just keep getting the run-around. I spoke with several staff, and they all keep saying "it's shipping today," a real HEADACHE!!! Then, another week pass, up until now and its a month later. I mean I'm just livid at this point!

Also, this is referring to a different order. This order I sent in for a exchange, and I still haven't heard anything also on this order smh.Desired Settlement: My desired outcome for both of these orders is the same which is to be fulfilled!.
