I am sorry that you feel the way you do We have over 20,people on our panel and we have never received a complaint like this Adding people to the panel is a difficult and expensive process so we have no reason to want to be dishonest with the folks we haveWe already added points to your account to get you to (we did this when you complained that you were having problems with the system) This put you at the $levelSince then you tried to participate in one survey but you were not eligible (due to specific screening requirements of that project) You were awarded points for responding and answering the screening questions (as per the invitation)This puts you at points You need to get to the $level We are prepared to continue to offer you more opportunities to earn points I don't think it should take you years to get to points (especially if we increase the number of points we offer which is in the planning stages) I'm sorry that you are unhappy with this result, but again, we have thousands of people on the panel who seem content with the system as it is I feel like we have responded fairly with each of your complaints (including as noted above bumping you to the next reward level when you said you were unhappy and wanted to quit) I'm not willing to bump you yet another level just because you demand it I can offer you one of two options First, we would be more than happy to offer you $in gift cards It need not be with [redacted] ...the cards cost us the same regardless of the company offering them We offered [redacted] not because it is "lame" but because it has been very popular with other panelists We would have substituted another card at that time and we remain happy to do so The second option is to remain on our panel, complete surveys as they are offered and then when you get to points you can cash in for $ If neither option works for you I am sorry, but I am not willing to do anything else

** *** first contacted us on 7/regarding his inability to access his account. He could not remember his password and for some reason he couldn't reset it. We responded to him the same day that we would add points to his account putting him at a $reward level and
send him two $gift cards for *** He responded that he hated *** and asked that the login be fixed, then before we responded he said he wanted to speak to a manager, then again before we responded he said he was able to reset his password and saw that we had cleared out his account (to send him the *** cards).We then responded that we had added the points back and stopped shipment on the cards. We also made it clear that he could continue to participate and cash in his own account. Further, we suggested he make sure his address was up to dateHis latest complaint is that he has not been given opportunities to do more surveys. We do not use our panel as often as others, but he has been offered opportunities on a regular basis and we will continue to do so. He participated in a survey as recently as July 25th. We are in the process of reviewing our point structure to insure that it is competitive with other panels, but we have responded to every email sent by *** *** and we will continue to offer him opportunities to participate. If he doesn't want to continue, we will cash out his points for $in gift cards just as we were willing to do previously

I am rejecting this response because: you seem to neglect the fact that it took me 2 yrs to get this lousy amount of pts.im sure its fine with you. your not doing the surveys are you? im not willing to let my pts go just to please your assinine requests.I have no choice but to remain a member of this scam outfit and reach the 15.00 level and then quit.im sure it will take me another 6-12 months. sure am glad I fought so businesses like yours could remain free. god bless you, huh? oohrah!!!!

I havent been able to COMPLETE a study since 2013,as stated in my account on your site. I would like to cash in for the 15.00 reward as I am 40 pts short. not the 10.00 and they get away with 4.60. this is the LEAST they could to after all my time and all the login issues etc... I would like paypal or amazon for 15.00 or cash/check. not this lame [redacted] reward. that is what I will settle for.im not about to put in another year to get 40 pts,if that even happens. thank you

Review: I do online studys for this company.I have not completed one since 2013. I am 40 pts from cashing out for 15.00 for the first time ever.ive wasted over 2 yrs on this worthless site.I think they are not sending me studys and especially ones I can complete.so they dont have to pay me.ive asked them many times to pay me and let me quit.they ignore my request and just move on.Desired Settlement: I just want to do a study I can complete or a gratuity of 40 pts so I can cashout.this would be for wasting 2 yrs of my time. ags office for consumer affairs complaint filed also,along with casro complaint. thank oyu
