Want $refund for ad contract cancellation that I requested within day cancellation period
I purchased an ad on 2/15/for $to advertise as a muralist in a publication that I was told would be distributed to the Club at Creighton Farms, Loudoun Golf and Country Club, River Creek Country Club and Belmont Country ClubI called each country club today and found that none of them knew about the publication or had ever worked with TRC MultimediaI sent an email and placed a phone call to request cancellation of my contract, which I have a right to do since we are within day cancellation period stated in the contractI was told a manager would call me back and I have not received a call backI want the $refund

I paid $for a print add in a directory on 1/22/ Never received copy, TRC will not answer/return any of my callsWant a full refund!
I received a call from Joseph at TRC Multimedia on 1/22/I also spoke with Adam, the ''manager'' They explained the directory that they were working on in my area mailing to exclusive golf course members I am an Interior Designer and I chose to advertise with them thinking it may be good for my businessEverything sounded great I worked with the graphic design team to create my add and after that, never heard from them I was supposed to receive a copy of the publication in March/April which I did not get I have left numerous voicemails, never receiving a call back No one answers the phone
I would like a full refund of $

This company solicited me as an advertising client, took my money and never produced an ad...now they will not accept nor return my calls. I am confident I have been scammed!
