Review: This company is the third party for a promotion from Rite Aid Corp. Happy You Year was promoted that by buying participating products with your wellness card between December 28,2014 and January 24, 2015 you would earn a reward code for every $50.00 spent. By spending $250.00 on the products you will earn 5 reward codes. I spent the $250.00 on the participating products got my 5 reward codes call the company at [redacted] helped me register my account. I did not pick out my reward at the time because I wanted to check out all the rewards online. After I decided which reward I wanted and where I wanted to go and the date I wanted I went online and logged in on my account. All 5 of my reward numbers were there on my page. I pushed the redeem button and I went to the next page. I noticed in the corner of the page it said I had zero points. I never got to redeem my points. I knew there must be a glitch, so the next day I called the number I had called before to get this resolved. The girl on the phone took a report and said a tech would have to call me back within 48 hours. I waited. I called again and was told the same thing. I waited again. Now I'm mad. I called a third time. I got the run around so I called Rite Aid customer service to complain about this company not helping me. Again a report was taken and I was to get a call back. No call came. I called again and again. I also tried calling this company again to see if I could talk to a supervisor I was told there was no supervisor available. This went on for 3 to 4 weeks. The last time I called I was told the promotion is no longer available, all codes are expired. I sat on this for a month thinking what to do. I hope you can help me get this resolved.Desired Settlement: I would like for this company to fulfill their agreement with Rite Aid and their customer (me) and provide the 7 day resort stay they advertised.
