Yes its an old house but prior to TRD construction beginning work on my home I was in that room and the bedroom fan, bedroom light, bathroom light and bathroom heater never gave me an issueOnce the three way switch was installed the bedroom fan/light no longer workedThe heater no longer came on and the switch I previously used in the bedroom for my fan and light now operated the wall plugs in the bedroomThis was rectified by an electrician I hired by moving how the wires were connected at the three way switch and the switch in the bedroomNothing was replacedMy uncle was not suppose to repair that issue because it did not exist prior to TRD beginning work on my home A new toilet was installed the fan has not been repairedThe bathroom was all tile and never had a base trimThe door trim was removed prior to TRD beginning work but were still in the houseEven with the trim missing it is still installed crooked Contract written by TRD Construction specifically states "At water areas an shower walls install 1/Dura Rock concrete board." not green-rock Regards, [redacted]

[redacted] with TRD CONSTRUCTION I have made several attempts to resolve this matter . But seems to not fit into [redacted]'s schedule and I also text her this morning to see we could get it done this week. Hopefully I will he back. Also the tile was sealed by mixing it in to the grout.

 In response to my complaint (ID: [redacted]).  I response to 1. I was available more than 5 days. After two days of no shows I took the remaining three days. Prior to the no shows I was at my house every day of the two weeks.  2. yes he was removed I'm satisfied with that and stated so in the initial complaint. 3. Some quick set grout was installed. The tile installer was having such a difficult time with it he returned the unopened bags to lows and obtained regular grout to finish the job. The tile installer provided me with the return receipt containing the item number and title and displaying the approximately $10.00 cost difference per bag.  4. The project is still not completed. 5. Tile installer stated he had called the night prior. I do not have access to his phone records. I can neither confirm or deny. 6. What has been repaired? 7. Yes its an old house but prior to TRD construction beginning work on my home I was in that room and the bedroom fan, bedroom light, bathroom light and bathroom heater never gave me an issue. Once the three way switch was installed the bedroom fan/light no longer worked. The heater no longer came on and the switch I previously used in the bedroom for my fan and light now operated the wall plugs in the bedroom. This was rectified by an electrician I hired by moving how the wires were connected at the three way switch and the switch in the bedroom. Nothing was replaced. My uncle was not suppose to repair that issue because it did not exist prior to TRD beginning work on my home.  8. A new toilet was installed the fan has not been repaired. 9. The bathroom was all tile and never had a base trim. The door trim was removed prior to TRD beginning work but were still in the house. Even with the trim missing it is still installed crooked.  10. Contract written by TRD Construction specifically states "At water areas an shower walls install 1/2 Dura Rock concrete board." not green-rock.  Regards,
