[redacted] did not give me anything in writingOnce I made a complaint with Snap On he told me that they would credit him and he would pay meI never received anything from him but he did call me and blame everything on Snap On and asked me why I had "turned this into a personal issue with him"He tried to make this seem he was a victim of Snap On policyHe has tried to "skate" this responsibility from the beginningFrom the start it is clear to the casual bystander that "getting himself out of this" was his goalNot helping his customerWhat puzzles me is that he has completely ignored the fact that I have bought thousands of dollars worth of tools from him and he is trying to burn me $When I brought up the money I have spent with him, he told me "I ***'t want to "nit Pick" that issue"He claims there is no warranty on this toolThe tool was purchased many years before he was in business and the Snap On policy was different thenMoreover, do to time constraints I replaced the tool with a new one from himI, unlike many of his customers, have paid every single week on timeI have continued to make the payments despite his rudenessBecause my word is bondIf I was vindictive and nasty as he makes me out to bewould I still make the weekly payments on the account? I can think of a lot of guy's who would simply not pay himIn short force him to refund the money, do the right thingNot my style, to date, I pay on time every weekA thing I could easily stop doing but instead have kept my word despite his treachery and deceitMoreover he has openly discussed my account with a Body shop owner we both knowThat is a direct violation of current privacy lawsAt the end of the day, I am still paying on my account every week and trying to bring this issue to a close [redacted] is just trying to get away with doing nothing by pointing his finger at Snap On policy, discussing my credit account with other business owners, defaming my reputation....and yet he collects my payment every week
