I contacted Treadmills N More "Online company with no physical address" to repair my exercise bike "*** RX 3.0" On 4/20/a service technician works for Treadmills, attempted to fix the noise on my bikeI explained the trouble, and demonstrated the problem, and gave him the user manual for maintenance and troubleshootingThe technician has a limited set of tools, and did not follow the steps shown on page and of the manual to disassemble both the Right Pedal and the Left Pedal, and spent a lot of his time nearly hours to put back the broken Left and Right broker Crank CoversThe technician caused more damage to the bike than before his service*** request nearly $for new Crank Covers and two Accent RingsI also asked *** for the repair of my damaged bike, and estimated $and any extra additional partsI have photos showing the damages of attached photos showing the damaged bike
