Review: I contact the company several months ago regarding my bill being delivered to my old address, despite them transferring my account to my new home in June of 2013. I had been informed that the person was "not in the office" and would return my call later and send my bill to the proper address without a late fee. I received no additional phone call, but did receive another bill for two quarters of service with two late fees now attached as well. Again I placed a phone call but it went unanswered. I followed up by driving to the office location and sitting outside for almost 45 minutes (8:45am-9:30am) on Wednesday July 2nd, 2014. Posted hours online were 8am-5pm and nobody arrived. I again placed a phone call and left a voicemail explaining my situation and also hung a note on the door of the office notifying them of my contact attempts, my account number, and the number to reach me at asap. Today is July 9th and I am running out of options for dealing with this horrible company. They have ignored all my attempts to contact them and as I continue to accrue charges for an account I have wanted closed for well over 3 months now seem content on not responding. I have also sent an email to them this morning as well as this complaint in the hopes that someone can reach them with success. [redacted]Account # [redacted] with TreadwellTake a look at the picture I took of the front of their business, very telling of how they operate considering their lack of contact.Desired Settlement: I want my account closed and to pay the balance of my prior bill of $75 so that I can move to another more reliable company.
