Treadwell Auto Trim

I went to have my headliner installed in my truck. I was asked to have it there first am so the work could be completed and it would need to be there all day. I called after dropping it off to verify a pickup time. I was told 5pm or if it was done early they would call. I received no call and arrived at 5pm. When I arrived my vehicle hadn't even been touched. When I inquired about this the owner Max said he had been busy and his help was late, but now they would both get on it and complete it quickly. When I asked how long, I was told an hour and a half. When I returned the owner Max wasn't even on the property and his helper was attempting to do the work. I had to help assist the helper get my truck back together. I was told he has only been working there and with upholstery for 1 month. We worked on it for an hour to get it back together the best we could. The owner missing the whole time apparently out for a slurpee from*** returned as we completed what we could. He didn't address me or the issue. When I talked to him he clearly was on drugs and could hardly hold his eyes open. When I mentioned what he was going to do about the work, he acted as if it was totally normal Daily business. This is completely unacceptable and should be addressed by the Revdex.com to the fullest extent.
