I am rejecting this response because:
This is in response to Treas letter dated April 11,
First paragraph "trailer was inspected and a walk through", Did Treas remove the linoleum or lift it for an inspection of
the floor ? Do you expect your customer to pull the floor up and
inspect it ? I keep repeating the phrase "hidden
damage", the trailer was sold with hidden damages, if you knew it was
damaged, would you of sold it this way, I don't think you would of, but you would of repaired it at your expense I would like to provide the contact information for *** *** ** *** *** *** *** *** * *** Please also call, *** *** *** *** *** *** they both seen the photos and ***,
being in this type of repair business for over years, as an expert and
performed the repairs, will gladly explain what he found, condition of floor
and mold that was presentOnce your done speaking with him, please share your
comments to both myself and *** *** on what was explained to you. The trailer floor was manufactured with OBS
board, also known as flake board, please let *** *** explain to you on what
was foundThis is your opportunity to call and get the facts about what was
found, please share your comments once you have contacted them
This past weekend, both me and my wife spend the entire weekend
cleaning the fine dust out of the trailer from the repair work that was done,
talk about frustration, Treas Trailer sales has no idea how much time I have in
dealing with this situation, unloading the trailer to take to Treas for
inspection, reloading the trailer to use until the show season was over
Unloading it again for repairs, dragging it down for repairs, cleaning the
trailer from top to bottom due to repairs, reloading the entire trailer I did
provide a settlement amount, my message
dated, March 27, 2017, was the following; I
want Treas trailer sales to rein-bust me for a portion of the repairs, a
simple portion of $ 1,is a fair portion to cover some of the cost
involvedIf you need me to make an invoice and send it to your attention, let
me know and I will do so

[redacted] paid $47,000.00 for his trailer before trade in and tax, tags, etc. The trailer had an asking price of S52,000.00 which was discounted S5,000.00 to [redacted] for a final price of S47,000.00 (as noted above, prior to trade, tax and tags, etc.). Please note that used horse...

trailers are sold with no warranty either expressed or implied. This was also noted by [redacted] in his complaint.[redacted] also indicated in his complaint to you that "it's not in a repair shop." According to the attached email from [redacted] dated January 24, 2017, "the trailer is in a shop getting repaired."Please also be advised that [redacted] has indicated to us that he would be contacting an attorney as of August 5, 2016 (please refer to attached email from [redacted]). Due to this fact, we have been advised not to discuss this matter any further. We appreciate your understanding.Thank you for your time and consideration concerning this matter.Respectfully,YVette S. T[redacted] would highly recommend for both of you to get together and make a good business decision for both [redacted] and Treas Trailer sales. The trailer is in a shop getting repaired, these photos were taken back in August during our conversations. These are just a small portion of the photos that was taken, look at the mold, look at the rusted bolts, the bolts fell out of the wood without turning them with a wrench or socket. We have Owned this trailer less than one year when the floor started to give away, several people has taken a look at the trailer and the statement is "this trailer has been like this for a long time and possible since it was new". A good business decision for both [redacted] and Treas would be to discuss how this could decrease sales for both parties. I think both of you know this is not "the fault of me as a customer", did I cause this, absolutely not. As you both know, the horse show world is a "news travels fast and large". If I do not get any help from [redacted] or Treas on the repairs, you can be assured that the word will spread and I will be telling everyone I come in contact with about the product and the sale of the product received and photos will be shown as well. I will also go to the extent of making decals for the trailer and advertise on it about what product not to buy and who to not buy from, and each time I get ask about the advertisement, photos will tell the story. Do I want to do this, no, put yourself into my position, take five minutes, sit back and ask yourself, did the buyer cause this ? is this worth the negative outcome moving forward 2Please let me know what your decision is by January 27th.Regards,July 29, 2015This email is to advise both parties that you (Treas Horse Trailers, [redacted] Coach), will be receiving certified mail due to damages caused on a trailer that was purchased "close" to one year ago. The attached photos show the extent of the damage, the trailer will be taken to two different repair shops for expert opinions and a cost for repairs. In no way what so ever did I cause this damage nor did this start "after" the purchase. [redacted] you mention that possibly due to me putting a plastic tie under the trailer to hold wiring up, photos were taken, NO PLASTICTIES EVER USED "IN THIS LOCATION", wiring was run through the step braces up to the living quarters. I advise that both parties, [redacted] and Treas get together and attempt to resolve this in the next five days. This damage was done before the trailer was purchased by us as the new owners. I am a man of my word, and I will give each of you time (5-days), to determine the best resolution for all of us, once anattorney is brought into this, I will not suspend pursuing this matter until this is resolved and paid by either party or both, including all expenses I have pursuing this.if I don not hear back from either party by August 5th, 2016. The process will began.[redacted]
