Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: we bought the car as if regarding the heaterThe car salesmen, Adam, told us that the heater was broken and it would cost roughly $to $to fix itThis was untrue after talking to a mechanicThe mechanic told us that there is no way that the dealership could be unaware of this problem and the cost to fix it as it was clear that someone had attempted to fix it, but failedThey left behind a huge holeSeveral hundred dollars later, the heater is still brokenWhen asking for a quote how much it would cost to replace the heating system, I was told is would cost between $and $That is money I do not haveHad the car salesmen not deceived us on the cost of repair, I would not have purchased this car.? We were unaware of the engine problemA day less than a month of owning the car and we had to spend thousands to fix itAfter going and reading multiple reviews of this business, it seems that this isn't the first time it has happenedI will never recommend this dealerI plan on reaching out to other people who suffered problems with this dealer and will be filing a complaint with the attorney generals office.? Customer purchased the vehicle knowing there were these problems thats why they asked for a discount towards the repairsso they agreed to fix the problems on their own and got a discount towards it

regarding the heater. The car salesmen, Adam, told us that the heater was broken and it would cost roughly $70 to $100 to fix it. This was untrue after talking to a mechanic. The mechanic told us that there is no way that the dealership could be unaware of this problem and the cost to fix it as it was clear that someone had attempted to fix it, but failed. They left behind a huge hole. Several hundred dollars later, the heater is still broken. When asking for a quote how much it would cost to replace the heating system, I was told is would cost between $800 and $1000. That is money I do not have. Had the car salesmen not deceived us on the cost of repair, I would not have purchased this car. We were unaware of the engine problem. A day less than a month of owning the car and we had to spend thousands to fix it. After going and reading multiple reviews of this business, it seems that this isn't the first time it has happened. I will never recommend this dealer. I plan on reaching out to other people who suffered problems with this dealer and will be filing a complaint with the attorney generals office.
