This is a terrible car wash service using unethical tacticsCustomer pays for a low one month charge and then unknowingly is roped in for three month high subscription rateNo terns are explained to the customer

Very bad! I drove up to the window to get a basic wash the girl told me if you pay with your card today you can come back for the month unlimited so I said okDidn't think much about it! Now I'm being charged 15.95! I called them and they were very rude and told me to come in for a refund I came in which was a process to even get into the placeAnd was told they didn't have enough money in the drawer and the would send me a check than proceeds to tell me if I dispute this with my bank they will take me to court excuse meVery unprofessional!!!!

WARNING, WARNING!!! I would give this business five NEGATIVE stars if I couldCUSTOMER BEWARE!!! This place lacks everything a business should have good product, good management & employees, and good customer serviceWe started our membership the month they openedI kept my membership for one year until I had had enoughMy partner kept his membership for a little over two yearsHe finally realized there was no hope for this place; it just gets worse by the monthSoap does not get completely rinsed off of the vehicle, the air dryers do not blow all of the water and soap offOnce you round the corner your car sits in the sun and bakes outsideThis is not good for the carThe employees don't careThey do not dry, vacuum, clean the interior well enough anymore to warrant continuing to patronize this businessWe have to point out whole sides of the car that were missedThey used to apologize and take care of it now if you ask they walk awayIf you complain to an employee or the owner for that matter you will be told that they don't need your business, they have plenty of customersWell they have lost anotherThe "we have plenty of customers" attitude will sink a business and they are actively pursuing the doors closingWe have seen front and rear bumpers, mirrors, wipers, antenna, torn off in the carwast is always at the customers riskThe moment the words we'd like to cancel were spoken, this last time, the girl became very short and nastyShe promptly informed us that our membership would end immediately with no refund of any kind even though they had just taken out our monthly fee that has quietly gone up to $per monthThat we will dispute with our credit card company and will winIt is sad that they STEAL your money and then do not want to give service in returnIt's your fault if you choose to go hereI normally end my reviews with give them a try; I REFUSE to with this company One more thing you'll get to see the employees taking smoke breaks all over the property and sometimes you get a great make out show when boy friends or girl friends show up right at the entrance to Sam's ClubREAL CLASSY!!!!
