Recently I needed Estimates for ,I thought a roof repair, being told by at that time after two other estimates, I may need a new roofThis business" treasure coast roofing" showed up, a young man 6foot,250lbs., stating he was the boss, and in business for yrs., and took his ladder out in front of my home and got on top of roof and started to shout that I needed a "whole" new roof as he was putting his full wton a low spot demoa "dip" in my roof, knowing he was breaking the wood creating a opening in my roof, securing " a job" days later receiving a very "low" bidWith a lofty list of work /warranty ,etcBUT, that is NOT the problem, he created a leak in that area I DID NOT HAVE!!!!!!! Beware, of low bids, and aggressive young men with lofty promisesAlso, he did not give me his name, card and is NOT associated with the Revdex.com?
BEWARE OF POOR WORK....I called Treasure Coast to assess a leak in my kitchen I have skylights in my roof and was told the roof is sound and the problem was cracks in the skylight lenses I had them replace the lenses and asked for an estimate to repair leaking along the outside of the house between the carport and house I got no response and after six weeks and three reminders for the second quote, I called another company to assess the issues I was having This company (All Florida Weatherproofing - Revdex.com Accredited) recorded a video of all the problems on the roof The metal cap over is loose in some areas, water is getting up under it and there is a soft spot in the shingled roof over my kitchen The lenses that Treasure Coast used to replace my old lenses were inches too long, they did not seal the lenses as quoted, Treasure Coast was to repair the plumbing vents They put putty around two of them but did not repair the third vent Treasure Coast was supposed to put new boots over these vents, they did not I am an elderly widow who is now facing $10,in repairs
I just would like to inform you that treasure coast roofing is a complete joke I have never left a bad review or complaint but it was a complete waist of time Very disrespectful! The first apt I made my husband left early from work to meet the roofing guy and never showed or answer the phone the third time I simply ask to talk to the owner and told him he apologize and said I will come out myself and showed up min late!!! Then never actually called back to give us the price of the estimate ! I have a months old baby and both my husband and I work but we made arrangements to meet the guy times for absolutely nothing if he doesn't want the business he shouldn't advertise !!!!! Also tried to contact him to complain directly to him but he never picked up the phone and voicemail was full!!! Not a good sign!
