customer with us for sometime and had a long history of not paying on time.  We have made severalexceptions for her in the past in the way of accepting partial payments andwaiving fees due to us. In the current matter at hand, [redacted] was notified of theamount she had to pay in order to avoid the lien sale.  She was also notifiedand understood by when the payment needed to be made.  Her friend came tothe location hours late after the lien sale had already taken place. Please keep in mind, that it is not our choice to sell the contents of acustomer’s storage unit at lien.  We take numerous steps to avoidit.  In addition, the sale does not take place until the customer is 75 to90 days past due.  There was ample notice given to [redacted].  We doempathize with her and are trying to track down the individual who bid on herspace.  We will make every attempt possible to have her personal itemsreturned, but that is at the bidder’s discretion. We assure you, we took every step possible to avoid this liensale.  It is an unfortunate but necessary part of the self-storage business. Thank you for attention in this matter. Regards,Guido T[redacted] Treasure Island Storage
