This I am writing to state that Treasure Pool did do as promisedI see people who are getting a pool done down the street and keep failing inspectionsWith Treasure Pool was the only company who actually came out and did the FREE Estimate knowing it would be about months before it would be startedAnd they still were the ONLY People to come out and give me a estimate on everything I wantedI even had to be out of country and they got the Job done in a Timely mannerBetween the Sales Rep, Boss, and lady behind the desk everything was updated to me, so I could know when to put my German Shepherd awayI am a disabled Vet and I can for sure say these people ALL treated me with respectEvery Question or concern they answered back promptlyThere is nothing more you could want from a businessThanks Again Treasure PoolI know its been over a Year since the pool was built but Makes Feedback that more Honest
My wife and I Kim did our "homework" prior to having our pool built. We asked our friends and neighbors in and out of our community about the quality of their pool and their experience with the pool builder. We then narrowed it down to the TOP five companies. The obvious choice was TREASURE POOLS! From the moment Robbin (salesperson extraordinaire) arrived at our home with Craig (the owner!) tagging along, we knew that this was definitely the right company for us. They listened, they REALLY listened, to our plans, heard our wants, knew our budget and then offered suggestions and alternatives so that we would have the pool of our dreams. Craig and Robbin were EXTREMELY easy to deal with. We made changes along the way and they dealt with them quickly and professionally.
During the construction project, Treasure Pools was in constant contact with us. If there were any delays (weather related or otherwise), we were always apprised of the situation.
As far as the quality. one word.......ABSOLUTELY PERFECT! Well, okay, two words. Sure there were a few minor problems, but Treasure Pools corrected them immediately.
Even after the sale and the pool was long finished, Treasure Pool has contacted us to make sure we were completely satisfied. Answer: 100% Satisfaction!
Kim and I usually don't like making recommendations, but when it comes to Treasure Pools, we'll make an exception. We highly recommend them!
