Review: August 14,2013 Treasure State Exterior, [redacted] ([redacted] and [redacted] ([redacted])came into my home at [redacted] to work up a quote to fix my damaged roof, window warps and fascia. On September 3, 2013 I signed a contract with Treasure State & gave them a check for $14,959 (which is full payment of job listed above). [redacted] said he would start the job on September 10, 2013, but did not show up until September 17. 2013. His crew started taken off the shingle on the north side of the barn, house and garage. We never seen them again, meaning there was nothing more done on the structures, for two weeks. The roofs were without shingles for three or more weeks before we saw any evidence on new shingles going on the structures. Between September 3rd & 30th Treasure State Exterior came out to my property on average of once a week for approximately two hours (I have a neighbor who could vouch to the time line) & never got anything done. Per the contract they were to do full clean up, haul away and properly dispose of all debris and run a magnet. I've had to do some of the clean up & hauling of shingles and paper, to this day no magnet has been ran. In the meantime the weather has changed, high winds, rain and snow, I lost a lot more shingles, a lot of sleepless nights due to loose shingles banging against the roof & the roof/ceiling has leaked due to not having any protection. [redacted] or [redacted] will not return any of my phone calls. I've had to call in another contractor to complete the window wraps and fascia and pay out of my own pocket. I have also contacted another roofing contractor & an engineer to come in to a
s the roof on all structures and give me a quote/second opinion on what needs to be done to get my home back to the condition it was before the damage on the structures from the hale storm.Desired Settlement: I would like to have all the money I have paid to Treasure Sate and plus the hardship they have caused, so I can go with a more competent roofer.
