Dear Revdex.com,The *** solar system was purchased and installed in March 2007. All Parts and components were installed at that time.Heliocol offered a full two year parts and labor warranty on the installation. No requests for service or repairs were received during that time from.Only two service requests were received since and both were performed under a warranty at no costs to the ***.Now after plus years, parts of the system are missing. Heliocol does not know what happened to the missing part. Heliocol has not been on site since 2014.*** *** writes that she had a handy man on the roof. Maybe he removed the parts? The missing parts are identified as the cause of the current leakages. The *** solar system leaked outside on the roof. The roof was not damaged by the solar installation from and her roof near the panels still does not leakWe have all along told *** that we could repair her solar system but that she would have to pay for the services and missing components. Again, the system is over years old The *** only received warranty work since then and have never paid for any maintenance or repairs since that timeAnything outside, exposed to the elements, weather and sun will eventually need to be maintained and updated. This would be the responsibility of the homeowner.I can not understand the logic of the *** complaint. The system was installed properly in with all componentsThe system is missing parts now which is why the system is currently leaking outside on the roofThe roof is not leaking but is agedThe ***'s have not paid for any service or maintenance since 2007. Mrs *** admitted the system was neglected. What is the basis of the complaint and what is *** looking for from Heliocol?

There is multiple lies coming from the company, I did live in the house I came home every weekend and was home for months before my husband passed awayMy handy man only turned off the water to stop the leak nothing moreThe awning was damaged from the leak and yes of course it was all dried before they finally got out here to check it I had pads and towels soaking up the water that was leaking down on my outdoor kitchenThere is multiple neighbors that have had the same problem with them with repairs, after putting this on FB I have had more customers calling me who have had problems with this company with leaking panels.....neither my husband or I could go up on the roof to check for damage and if the job was done right and better materials used this would not happen I have a friend in Glendale making a report about her mother’s solar panels leaking for the 4th time and same problem blaming the mother yrs oldthis company lies and makes up stories ..... Sent from my iPhone

Whoever wrote the response is quite inaccurate in the details due to the following:A)We have profusely tried to call the sale representative on plenty of occasions with absolutely no response The responder appears to only have seen what's available in his hands, which probably "appears" that provide exceptional service, but probably doesn't have the entire picture (in which the salesman does).B) The salesman pretty much lied to us that the POD was going to be free I don't disagree with the addendum (wow, at least the responder got one thing right) But I do (as should all people) lies should be accounted for.C)The comment about "after the installation, we requested a remote" is absolutely false That was already in the game plan and the installers told us after the solar was installed that the remote will be installed within one week.D)As I mentioned before (and some of his other colleagues have verified), the salesman's work, punctuality and communication, have been substandard at best He never followed up like he said he was after the first time he quoted us We called him, but as usual he never called back We were this close to giving the contract to somebody else, but I insisted that the product is far superior to the salesman's work quality and we would overcome his issues Obviously not the case.By this account and the responder's misinformation, My stance hasn't changed

Communications and timelines stated in this complaint do not matchour records? System installation was completed on September ? We were unaware of any issues until customer telephoned ouroffice on Monday September requesting service? At that time wescheduled a service visit
for? Monday? September 28th? Monday is the earliest day that we are able to meet? during business hours. The pool pump is also used for pool cleaning and filtration, solar will only operate during sun hours? The complete system will be inspected and schedules setaccording to customer preference on Monday, We will also provide Homeowners ? athorough walk through and explanation on the operation of their new solar system and digitalcontroller. We will do our best to resolve all their concerns and answerall their questions on our next visit?

We are the installation companyWe provide a full two year parts and labor warranty on the complete installationThis install is over years old.The Manufacturer’s year warranty covers the repair and replacement of existing components*** unit is MISSING PARTS AND COMPONENTSThe
original system was purchased and installed in All Parts and components were installed at that time*** *** called in to report that his terracotta colored panels had faded.? We then replaced all his panels with new panels under warranty at that timeAll parts & components were also in place in 2010.*** called on 10/9/to report water leaking off the roof.? A panel was repaired under warrantyAll parts were still in place in 2014.*** *** called in 1/19/to report a water stain on an awningDuring our inspection, no water was leaking but the technicians noticed old water stainsThe tech’s noticed that panel clamps, gaskets and brackets were missingPictures of that condition were taken and shared with *** reported her Handy Man has previously worked on the panels.? *** paid the inspection fee.*** called the office later that day.? Bruno explained that the manufacturer will not replace missing partsThe missing parts created the leaksShe was told she would need to pay for the missing partsA repair quote was provided.? *** phoned the next day and demanded the panels be repaired for free under warrantyBruno again explained that the system was neglected for years*** said that her husband should have maintained the system but he was too sick to go outside*** said she was not living in his house as she was living in a Scottsdale Condo then.? Mr *** has now passedSoon after his death, *** moved back to the house. We are not responsible for the current condition of ***’s solar system.? *** *** system was installed properly and all parts were in place during our warranty period

Dear Revdex.com ? Mr *** claims he contacted our sales representative four times, but did not receive a replyAccording to our records, all phone calls and emails were promptly responded to? According to our correspondence, we wrote Mr *** a proposal for solar panels in 10/Mr ***
signed the contract 07/31/and the system was installed 8/11/? Shortly after installation, Mr *** requested an upgrade his existing pool controller to add a wireless remote control (POD)This new work required additional time because it was necessary for the manufacturer to perform the upgrades to allow operation of a POD? On 9/15/17, Mr *** signed an addendum to upgrade his existing controller to add a wireless POD for a total cost of $The update and the wireless POD control system were in place and operational by 9/21/? I called Mr *** regarding his Revdex.com complaint on 9/25/He told me he was happy with the equipment and workmanship, but that he was upset with our sales representativeI asked why he filed a complaint with the Revdex.comMr*** said that while in China, he woke up at am to contact us, but we were not available and that as a result, we should “pay.” ? Mr *** told me that in order for him to remove the Revdex.com complaint, I would need to send him an email stating that we are providing him with he POD and control update free of chargeMr*** also told me, “My wife works for a home owners association and she will direct bad reports about your company to her association.” ? Mr *** claimed he has “played both parts of the Revdex.com before” and that he knows how to work around the processMr *** further stated that we should “give him the POD for free or that we will wish we had.” ? Based on documentation we are able to provide, we believe our work and communication were professional, prompt and thoroughTherefore, we see no reason for this complaint being filed and we plan to pursue collection for our services

We agree Mr*** *** signed a legal and binding contract with Heliocol Green Energy Incon May to have a solar heating system installedMr*** was aware of the three day right to cancel the purchase as he signed the documents that stated he has a “Three Day Right to Cancel the Purchase”
at the time of the sale.? On June 30th, over days after agreeing and signing the contract, *** emailed requesting to cancel because of other cost increases that were not related to his contract or us.? We promptly responded about the cancellation clause in the contract and informed that we have paid out expenses toward his purchase.? We offered options to have the system installed at a later date or he could transfer the deposit to any other service or product we provide without a penalty for up to a yearOn July 10, upon his return from a vacation in Hawaii, *** emailed that he decided to do other landscaping and tile work now and would do the solar later.? *** then phone called the office and said he changed his mind on the solar system altogether.? We again reminded him of options available and that he is beyond the right to cancel and void a contract and that we have incurred expenses related to his project*** ***’s demand to cancel his contract is improper stating He now “Simply Changed his Mind”? The wording on the contract is designed to legally protect BOTH parties to thoroughly complete the purchase agreement and contract description*** is attempting to force a refund with complaints to the Revdex.com, *** *** ***, *** and *** even though *** is at fault.? ? *** has even written that he would feel a sense of equality if he can get only one person to change their mind on not selecting Heliocol West (Green Energy Inc).? Although we are willing to continue working with *** to resolve this issue, we stand firm that his other cost increases, not related to Green Energy Incis not an acceptable reason to cancel our contract

Attached is a copy of the contractThe contract actually reads that Mr *** received a $credit for using his existing controllerThe contract does not even list a POD or control upgradeAlso attached is a copy of the Addendum that *** *** signed that confirms Mr ***’s acknowledgment and approval of the $charge required to upgrade his existing controller We agree that the control upgrade was discussed during the sales presentationHowever, Mr *** did not want to purchase it at that time and took the credit.? Installers do not give products away for free or even know costs of productsIt was after the installation of the solar panels that Mr *** decided that a remote controlled POD would be a convenience for himHe’d be able to operate the pool equipment from inside his house with a POD opposed to walking outside to the pool equipmentThis was the time Mr *** decided to pursue the POD and request additional information and a price quote for the PODMr *** is claiming that we said we would give him a $upgrade for free in addition to the $credit? How does he explain that no mention of a POD is in the contract and why would he sign a written addendum that commits him to a $fee? How can he dispute the Addendum?? Also, if Mr *** had a prior issue with the salesman why did he even consider signing up for additional work with him? We can acknowledge from *** ***’s response that he does not address or deny our report that he said he knows the Revdex.com process and will obtain our services for free and the fact he said his wife would use her position on the HOA Board and report to others not to use our services unless we gave him products for freeThis could be considered an attempt of extortion We are requesting the Revdex.com to review the attachments that support our reply and require Mr *** to provide supporting documentation that substantiates his claim or dismiss this deceptive complaint
