Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because:Mr T [redacted] gave statements about me I have PROOF of visits Pickiing up mower 3/16/Giving me a CLAIM ticket [redacted] along with his business card I have PROOF that I paid him with check [redacted] for $(clearing my account 4/4/16: proof he cashed it) when he returned my mower All at same address: [redacted] **, Meridian He NEVER ask for proof of payment, had he done so would given it to him,I didn't ask for refund then but Mr T [redacted] did't offer a refund wither Thus showing Mr, T [redacted] has given misleading statements about me and my situation As for me son-- thats a separate matter I am a widow and senior citizen and my intentions are the same to inform Revdex.com of MrT***'s fraudulent actions, which it seems was his purpose from the start Mailing copy of claim ticket and check Sincerely, [redacted] ***

From this day forward, I have not the energy or the intentions to continue this matter further
MrF has shown nothing but contempt to not handle this as a professional business-manI am a senior citizen and I was the client that paid for poor service
MrF should feel ashamed for showing no remorseI wonder how he would have felt if someone had provided the same type of service for his own mother
It saddens me that there are people like MrF operation in our Boise Valley community
In closing MrF obviously was never the victim

Upon first communication the client never wanted me to resolve the issueNot until her son threatened to destroy and kill me was a complaint filedI offered to look at the mower and review the situation and the client refusedI have been kind, respectful and honorableI can post the audio of the threat to my life online somewhere if there is any doubt I was not a victimThe slanderous statements and threats seem to not have been fully considered by the client

As the client stated in her complaint, I offered to pick it up and review the situation and she refused. She never asked for a refund. She told me that she just wanted me to know she was not happy and hung up on me. I asked her if she had proof of payment to me. She did not respond to this...

inquiry. Last night her son called me up and threatened to kill me and I have filed a police report DR#[redacted]. Until this is resolved There can be no communication between this alleged customer and myself. The phone call and threat made by a [redacted], phone # [redacted] was recorded and can be made available. The bottom line is that I have no record of this client in my phone records, my gps destination records, or service records and she refuses to speak to me and offer any proof that I serviced the mower in question, and, due to threatening phone calls, it is currently a criminal matter with the Boise Police Dept.
The caller, **, stated that would rip out my [redacted] throat and call the Revdex.com and call the news stations and call the real estate commission and kill me and called me several vulgar names for and entire 2 minutes and 50 seconds. He stated his goal was to end me. A complaint to the Revdex.com seems to be a bit silly at this point. The client refused to do anything other than berate and make no move toward resolution and stating they will end me.  
I see you have the ability to attach a document. Enjoy the audio of your alleged victim. His mother carried the same attitude minus the vulgarities.
