Dank was hired by *** *** neighbor to remove a tree in the neighbors backyard . Work was performed on 9/**/ and on 9/**/at about 10am *** *** called dank and stated that we had left garbage in front of her house She was told
that someone would be there after 2pm to clean up Men show up later that day and did a complete cleanup in front of her house She then stated that she wanted someone to clean the road in front of her house The man did that also , there are some marks on top of the black top from tree branch rubbing on itDank informed *** *** that these marks would wash away in a short time We are sorry we caused any inconvenience

Pruning a tree?  It cost 800.00.  It should have been PRUNED from top also, not leaving a 40 foot trunk.  I will send you a photo.  The owner was very unwilling to come to see the finished outcome, despite numerous phone calls to him by this 92 year old consumer.

[Your Answer Here]I called and said that they left a mess in front of my house including garbage not just carbon in front of my house my street so cook like so and sat there for 2 days and colored Brown permanent marker all over the street I have also contacted consumer affairs they stated that there are several complaints filed against this company and then they are operating with an expired license that they are going to be summoned either way we have reported them to the Iris and osha as well as they have been rude the owner hung up on both me and my boyfriend told us we do not only streets and he contrasts them if he wants it has been over a week now and the Marx did not walk away we've also reported them to the town so they need to come and clean it up if they don't want to do with a nice way then we are going to continue with all of the complaints that we have filed against them if they want to resolve this quietly and without summons and everything else then we can continue to go through consumer affairs and everyone us it is their choice all we ask is that they come and clean the street if it has a worn away in a week it's not gonna wear away it's not right we did not hire them they shouldn't be able to trash the streets and leave a disaster
