Review: I am the Bride of a May 2014 Wedding. I thought I had amazing photographers. They were posting pictures already in June, and in July I was told my pictures were edited and mailed to me. My contract states I receive a 16x20 print, photo files on CD, and photo printing rights. I waited for my CD and never received it. I contacted them, she answered and apologized saying she sent it but would send again with the 16x20 and a tracking number. I came home from vacation the end of August and still no CD. I began calling them and emailing them asking for confirmation on the CD being sent. I spoke with her husband [redacted], who said he had been busy buy promised to get it out tomorrow (Sept 10th). It is now Sept 18th, and I have nothing that was stated in my contract. I told [redacted] how important these pictures were to me and that I had been waiting to do Thank you notes to include a photo. She didn't seem to care. I am beyond frustrated. I have every email that I ever sent her, and each of her replies.Desired Settlement: I am not sure what is appropriate at this point, but I absolutely want my wedding photos. I want everything stated in my contract. It may be reasonable at this point to request some of the money I paid for this service.

Review: this studio was hired by studio p dance studio to take dance pictures of my kids this occurred in april 2014 we were given a delivery date for the pictures by the end of april 2014,then she changed it to may then june,july and so forth she still has not provided the remainder of my pictures she owes or refunded me my money for the pictures after several requestsDesired Settlement: I would like either the remainder of the pictures she owes me or a full refund
