I ordered a Cat Treat Jar (Ragdoll) and never received it. I corresponded by email with the owner, Veronica Braswell, and she stated she was submitting a claim to the company but after no reply, she was going to process a credit refund in Feb 2013. To date I have not received a refund and my emails are not answered.Desired Settlement: I would like to received a credit card credit so I can purchase a cat treat jar somewhere else.
