Good afternoon we have received your response to complaint ID number # [redacted] Treasures of the Butterfly (children's resale store) will give [redacted] a check of $which is the price of the phone she bought the taxes are not refundable so that is something we can't give back we will send this email and a copy of it by mail followed by the check to your company Revdex.com to her name, so your company can send it to her because we reserve the right to see this person, she is not a costumer of ours for the reason that our costumers come buy and leave happy they never do this kind of stuff to us, costumers come back because we have a nice store affordable prices and nice service which is what costumers like, but this person in particular ( [redacted] ) we don't want to see her in our store ever again we would like to finish this already we are really busy working and helping our loyal costumers we don't have the time she has to be going through all this Thanks and have a great day sincerely: [redacted] ###-###-####

Treasures of the Butterfly is a children’s resale store we sell baby, kid, and teens used items(thrift store) My costumer came in on March, 20, she made the purchase of a [redacted] phone for the price of $At the time of the purchase we explain to her that the phone was in good conditionsShe decided to buy it at that moment we never told her to bring it back if it didn’t work we gave her the opportunity to check out the phoneShe asked if the person who we obtain the phone was a good person or who were they we told her it was one of our costumer’s who had brought it inWe only buy items from our costumers not from any suspicious person that walks in She had the opportunity to call [redacted] or write the phone information check it out at [redacted] and then come back to purchase it at that moment, most people do this when buying used items from thrift stores, pawn shops or even onlineShe didn’t do that at that moment The costumer came back on March, 26, wanting a refund for the phone her explanation to us was that [redacted] had told her it was a stolen phoneAt that moment we contacted the store owner we told her we could not do any returns or exchanges, she left really angry saying she would call the cops on us an hour later she called talking to the store owner she explain why we can’t do any returns or exchanges still angry and not allowing owner to speak she said ‘have a great day and I will see you in court We are a thrift store we don’t do returns or exchanges because we sell used itemsWe have our signs were they say “NO GUARANTEES, NO EXCHANGES, NO REFUNDS ALL SALES ARE FINAL ”he have years and a half working with these rules and with the same items if she had come back the next day maybe we could have understand the situation and we could have done store credit since she paid using a credit card She came back a week later since the purchase At this point I can think she just didn’t like the phone, she wanted her money back or since she already bought a new phone and got out of the problem in not sure for the reason why she didn’t come back the next day or the following day if she needed the phone urgently she should have gone that same day to [redacted] to get it activated Don’t have to mention all thrift stores (resale stores) sell gently used or some new items but they still come from a thrift storeWe do our best to make sure everything is good example if its clothing we make sure its clean no stains or rips, on electronics make sure they turn on work property, on furniture make sure its stable and free of bugs, smoke free etc.etc Thanks and have a great day

Regards,*** *** The salesperson, as well as the owner are defending or making excuses for an issue that is not even relevant to the actual problemI never stated that the phone was damaged or malfunctioningThey stated that I had waited to long, that it was because I had bought a more prefered phone, that I should have had it activated the very next dayThat was not my issue, the phone powered up and worked fineThe issue is, that I contacted ***, just as I had more than times over the course of probably years with them as the provider for myself and my two teenage daughtersI have always been careful when purchasing any replacement phone, for any number of needed reasonsThe problem is, wether it was a day or six day's from the purchase, or if you contact *** customer service today, the status of the phone in their records is, " lost or stolen" in there system and can never be activated againThey gave me their word that it came from an honorable source.I would be golad to send you the IMEI # on the back of the phone, as well as a documented statement from ***I want my purchase refunded, and I will contact the local law enfourcment and file a reportThank you, *** ***
