I informed her that she would need to speak with [redacted], General Manager of the company. I then transferred her to [redacted]. [redacted] explained that she would need to email a picture of the defective chime along with a copy of her sales receipt to [redacted]@stx.rr.com. Ms. [redacted] stated she would do so and hung up the telephone. A few weeks later Ms. [redacted] called again and [redacted] spoke with her. [redacted] informed Ms. [redacted] again that she would need to email us a picture of the defective chime and a copy of her sales receipt. Ms. [redacted] stated she had already emailed this several weeks past. [redacted] stated we did not receive it and asked if she would resend the email. Ms. [redacted] was extremely rude and stated she did not have time for all of this and would never shop at this store again and would tell other people not to shop there as well. [redacted] then informed Ms. [redacted] that she could mail the chime back to us so that we could see it. Ms. [redacted] seemed aggravated that [redacted] suggested that she mail the chime back so she could see it and told [redacted] to just forget it. Ms. [redacted] then hung up on [redacted].
