Great service!
I purchased a ring for my 25th wedding anniversary, & again for my 40th anniversary. Both purchases were over
15 K. I purchased both, sight unseen & was extremely happy with both. Marina stayed in constant communication with all my questions. I paid for the item with a bank check, with no guarantee they would send the item, except for their online reputation. Marina notified me as soon as the item was shipped, & it arrived the NEXT day, alleviating my anxiety. IF you plan to return an item, you MUST be aware that shipping back a high dollar item can be very pricey. Also, it is non-refundable if they size the item. To my surprise, my size had increased a WHOLE ring size between my 15th & 40th anniversaries. I was glad I had double-checked my exact size at a local jewelry store, before Marina’s jeweler sized it. I wholly recommend Treasurly by Dima for your next diamond purchase & will return for my 50th, God willing.😂

Review: I purchased an antique piece of jewlery from this company on Friday June ** 2015 for the amount of $20,045 which includes a shipping charge of $150 no tax. I spoke with sales rep Marina and confirmed that they will honor a full refund if we did not like the jewlery in person. I purchased online due to saving money compared to buying here locally. She informed me the only way to just see the diamond was tp purchase it fully and be protected if we did not like it in person. She failed to disclose that I would have to pay $500 for returning the ring back to them. She only disclosed I will receive full refund excluding shipping fees. Since she charged me $150 for next day shipping via [redacted] , I was under the assumption this would be the same amount shipping back to them. I know for a fact other shipping companies offer businesses a big discount on shipping to businesses since they have a contract ( online business only) . For example, [redacted] offers businesses $120 MAX for any round trip shipping label depending on location. Treasurlybydima wrote and email stating that I will have to pay out of pocket my own shipping and insurance for this product and to use [redacted] since they charge less. Why do I have to use a shipping service that is not reliable. [redacted] was the only secure shipping company I can find due to this enormous value of this jewlery item. I could not risk, having item be lost and out of$20k to wait for claim to be approved. IT would take 30 to 60 days in order to get my money back. Treasurly should of at least offered using their company account to provide me a cheaper rate. Had I known prior to purchasing this ring, that I would have to pay $2 for every $100 for the value of the ring which equates to a total of $505.06 via [redacted] just to return it, I would of never agreed to do so. The whole point was to find a better deal by shopping online but I do not think it is fair for the customer to have to pay $500 each time they want to see a piece of jewlery.Desired Settlement: Since I was misinformed and mislead to the total shipping charges, I am requesting a full refund from treasurly or a store credit from [redacted] which provided the website for this shop owner to do their businesses on. I contacted [redacted] and told me they are not liable for any shipping agreements between seller and buyer. I am not protected. This is the last resort since treasurlybydima is not willing to resolve this matter. We refuse to do anymore business with this company.

To whom it may concern, On June **, 2015 [redacted] purchased a diamond ring from our company for $20,045, including $150 initial shipping charge, which was not refundable in case of return. She made a purchase through [redacted] platform, where our policy is clearly stated, in particular line about shipping back reads "make sure the package is fully insured. However, the return shipping of any item is on your account" (buyer). Here is the link to our [redacted] policies: [redacted] . I am emailing the mediator all supporting documents. [redacted] assumed that shipping back will cost her as much as we initially charged for shipping. However, I never estimated that shipping cost simply because I am not aware what any private shipping company charges. There are many to choose from: [redacted], California Shipping, Pak Mail, OnTrack Drop Box, G4S Internationa logistics (the one we use here in NY) to name a few. However, I did mention to her that [redacted] should be cheaper simply because many of our customers use it to send their jewelry to us for repairs, but she decided to use [redacted] because she felt they were more reliable and their service was worth $505.06. Perhaps, she should have done some shipping back cost research prior to making a purchase to understand the cost of this transaction, as many customers do. If [redacted] feels that she was overcharged by her local [redacted] store, may be she can address this issue with them. I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID# [redacted], and have determined that my complaint has NOT been resolved because:

[To my dismay, treasurlybydima nor [redacted] have failed to compromise a solution. I have asked for either a refund or a store credit and both have rejected the request. Bottom line, customer service is PRIME in this business. I do not see why they are not willing to provide a compromise for the inconvenience and misleading information. If you ask anyone, the businesses should be forthcoming with ALL unexpected expenses. I have dealt with 20 other shops on the [redacted] platform and have proof that they have provided CLEAR understanding of shipping to and from costs. Why is that treasurlybydima does not? I am not a business owner and do not know business ethics and responsibilities for my customers. I am trying to save their reputation, but they do not feel $500 is worth saving their reputation to provide customer satisfaction. It is sad to hear this because this will cost their shop millions in the long run. Again I would like to repeat I am a VERY giving and understanding person, but having to waste $650 in shipping charges for ANY item to see and return is just ludicrous. There are starving people in this world and people need to me more understanding and giving. I myself volunteer to help the hungry and those in need. They would be better off receiving $650 than anyone else. Please help as I know this is truly unfair by all means and morals. thank you. God Bless]

To whom it may concern, [redacted] states that our return policy was not clear on [redacted] shop: it is not true. It is very clear and I had provided our [redacted] policy to the mediator- [redacted]. She also states that she was mislead by our company on what she would be charged to ship the item back, this is not correct as well: we do not give any quotes or estimates as to how much different private shipping companies charge to ship for the insurance. We are not in the shipping business. [redacted] received her FULL purchase price back the day we received our merchandise back from her. I did mention to her that [redacted] should be less expensive, but she states that she felt that [redacted] was more reliable and decided to use them to ship the merchandise back to us. Which cost her over $500. We only charged $150 on our end for initial shipping, but our company is not liable for other companies services and fees, such as for [redacted]'s. There are even more costly services than [redacted] used... again, it was her decision, which has nothing to do with us. However, out of courtesy, I did offer her a $700 discount on a future purchase of equal or higher value item based on her original purchase. We have been working on [redacted] platform for many years, where we have an outstanding reputation. But it appears that [redacted] is trying to extort from our company or [redacted] the amount she had paid to a Third party- [redacted]- completely disregarding her own contractual obligations. From the minute she decided to return the merchandise, she knew full well that she was solely responsible for return shipping fees and we have no control over her shipping preferences. Once again, if [redacted] feels that she was overcharged for the shipping by [redacted], she should address this issue with them. Thank you!
