Revdex.com:I reluctantly accept this response, but only in part This ignores the charge of misleading the remaining customers who have not received their orders and the web site remains with the claim of shipment in "-weeks" I received my order after more than weeks and I do not consider this a satisfactory response by any means! Treat-a-Dog deleted the complaints on the [redacted] page and deleted my negative review on their web site resulting in a misleading review of services.I am disappointed that I have been given only minutes to reply to this response when Treat-a-Dog took more than a week to respond to my initial complaint.I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] Regards, [redacted]

In regards to complaint # *** - Treat A Dog - I consider the complaint resolved.I received the dog cover seat on 9/(ordered 8/9). In addition, after numerous emails, they sent me a return shipping label and said they would refund me after I return the item.I do not plan on
returning the item. I am afraid that I will return the item and never see a refund, so I am keeping the item and am no longer requesting a refund I have since looked online at other reviews and they do not seem to be a reliable business.thank you*** ***

Dear Revdex.com,I filed a complaint against the business “Treat A Dog” on 12/9/2016. Complaint #: [redacted].    They did finally send me the correct product.  They sent me an email letting me know that the replacement was coming in the mail and another email with the return shipping bar...

code and label so I could return the product they first sent me.  They did not acknowledge any of my phone calls or email complaints. Thank you so much for sending them my complaint even though they didn’t respond to you, they resolved it with me through email.  So could you please remove the complaint against them? Thank you very much for all your help![redacted]
