Treat A Dog

Worst customer service ever, send wrong merchandise (dog bed) or it was much smaller than described, and have yet to get refund 2 months later.

I have had an ongoing problem that has dragged on for months trying to return a dog bed to this company. Contacting them is extremely difficult. There is often no one to answer phone calls; they put you on an interminable hold until they finally say you can leave a message, but no one gets back to you, or least they did not get back to me. I was calling about a problem. I purchased an XL dog bed, but on opening it, I saw it was smaller than advertised so I packed it up and called. At first I thought they made a mistake and sent the L bed, but they told me, no, it was an XL and I could return it. Then came the problem of trying to get a return slip from them. This dragged on for weeks. I finally received a slip and sent it back. A month later I received the same bed in the mail. I have no idea why. I clearly asked in emails and in the returned package for a refund.

This has been a very frustrating experience. I would think it's also illegal. Today I tried calling but of course no one picked up.

Placed order 12/13 - site stated USPS delivery 3-5 days - today is12/21 and have not received it. Sent 3 messages to customer service and have not received a reply. This was a Xmas present.

I placed an order but then became worried when I saw the bad rating on Revdex.com. I immediately contacted the company and they said that they would cancel my order and refund my money, which they promptly did. I was impressed with the alacrity of their response.

I purchased an expensive dog bed that *** claims is water resistant and tear resistant. Well 40 days after purchase--30 days after receiving-- there's a giant hole and my dog can not use the expensive bed. I contacted the company and Michelle refused to talk to me since its passed the 30 day return date. The description of this product is tear resistant, and then they refuse to replace or refund if the product does tear.
