I thought this would be a great gift to send as a birthday gift. I sent an email to the customer service team asking what the best window of time for shipping would be and never heard back - this should have been a sign. I placed my order a full 7 days before I wanted it to arrive, and got a confirmation that my card was charged and my order was "processing". On their website, they falsely claim orders will be shipped out in 3 business days. My order was placed 14 days ago and I still have not received a shipping confirmation or a response to any of my many inquiries (one on 10/30, one on 11/3, and one on 11/12). At this point, I don't even believe this is a real business. I'll be filing with my credit card company to get my money back.
