Thank you for allowing us the opportunity to respond to your complaint.  TRECA Digital Academy is dedicated to assisting our students in any way possible.  The guidelines for our summer school program are available for review prior to enrollment in our program.  As indicated during...

the last complaint regarding this student, all courses are developed according to the standards set forth by the Ohio Department of Education.  Three tutoring sessions are available each week for math.  While there was a technical issue on July 6, 2017, the teacher and advisor called the home to let the student know that the teacher could schedule a private session in order to make up the missed session.  The student has completed work in Algebra 1A and Algebra 1B.  The student has completed 39% of semester A and 12% of semester B.  The student still has time to complete work though August 9th at 4PM.  I would continue to encourage the student to attend any and all tutoring sessions offered and to continue working through the content.  There are teachers available for support.  Since students were given 4 weeks to drop a course, TRECA Digital Academy will not be issuing a refund for either course.    I am including the link to the website that discusses all procedures in detail, including the tutoring schedule and the last day to drop a class.  https://treca.org/summer-school-program-guide/#getting-startedPlease contact me if there are further questions.  Sincerely,Angie [redacted], TRECA Digital Academy[redacted]
