I have been overcharged 2times by this company and have yet to see the mistake fixed and it's been many months. Just found out that on top of that, my panels produced 0 energy for the last yr + and they will still charging me. I paid them for the last yr + now I have to pay Edison 100% for all my consumption too. No manager has returned my call to help with either issue. Called attorneys, but the can't help unless damages are over 10,000! I'm sure they're stealing $100,000's from their customers if not more! This company is a nightmare!

Against my better judgement we bought a house with Tredager Solar and for a couple years we had no problem. Now the company changes it's name and apparently it's billing processing. they no longer send STATEMENTS that list PAYMENTS recieved. and don't even bother calling customer service because there is no such thing with this "company"

I have contacted there customer service every person that I speak to knows nothing. I have been trying to get service at my home for over 6 months they are all incompetent. Management never returns calls, I just got off the phone with Celest more waste of my time. Requested another call back to get this issue fixed and I am almost sure nobody will call. DO NOT EVER DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY THEY ARE HORRIBLE>
I bought my home and had no choice.

when I bought a new house I had to accept a leasing contract with this company (no way out but leasing). they never contact us or give any maintenance to their equipment. we call them once for service and never returned our calls. In january they informed us they were moving the billing service to another provider but that if paying by check there was no need to make any changes or further arrangements. 3 months later I receive 1 bill saying I owed money, then I connected to 1 of 2 websites they have and found different bills and amounts "i owe them", then I tried to contact them by phone and after waiting for an hour they hung up on me. Twice after that I connected to someone who just said they would take my information so someone could call me later (and no way to complain according to them as they just are the messengers) and after 2 weeks nobody has contacted me. Terrible customer service and not even sure how much am I saving or not as there is no way to contact them
