Tree Hut Design

I ordered an engraved Tree Hut watch for father's day (for US$159), it arrived a week later by DHL but I was asked to pay an extra 50€ if I wanted the watch, that's a scandal, it's not like I ordered a US$watch! Besides, the company must know exactly what taxes for their watches are when ordering from Europe and should WARN the customer about this (huge) extra fee so one could CONSENT to pay the extra fee an place an orderIt is totally dishonest from the company to disclose this information only when the watch has already arrived to its destination and to advertise their watches with "free shipping" when it is not the caseIn legal terms that is called ADVERTISINGAnd their pathetic customer service grants a refund DISCOUNTING the amount of the engraving (of a watch you won't get)Beware of this FRAUD

I ordered the most expensive watch they sell as a present for my boyfriendWithin days the wood around the face cracked in placesThey were very apologetic and replaced the watch which was lost in the mail for almost weeksThen I finally received the new replacement which was perfect! But one night my boyfriend wore it to dinner and the wood around the face cracked again!! The customer service is not bad but the materials obviously are

Ordered an engraved watch which makes it nonrefundable The watch was too big I was told I would have to pay more money plus shipping to have them fix it which I could understand if I had ordered the wrong sizeBut there were no sizing options offered at the time of ordering Or I could have a jeweler fix it at my own risk of course I've been back and fourth several times with customer service with no resolve What I find even more upsetting is after many attempts at resolve, I went to their website to leave my review and after just a few short minutes, it disappeared Are all of their non favorable reviews disappearing?

Very disappointed in this productMy wife got me this watch for Christmas and I was pretty stoked on it! Within days the hands had fallen offWe contacted TreeHut and sent it back to be fixedTook a few few weeks to get fixed and we got the watch back at the end of January beginning of February it lasted another few weeks and the hands have now fallen off again!!! Seriously not a high quality productMy wife called to just get refunded on this poor quality piece but was denied the refundHow many times do I have to send this poor quality device back to be fixed, I have very little faith in their service and seriously I cant get behind and support this company like I hoped to when they are making this garbage!!! Also I find it odd that they only have star reviews on their website but there are hundreds of complaints all over the internet about the poor quality and craftsmanship of this product
