Revdex.com spoke with the business today and they stated that all customer's are given a sheet regarding the mulch that states that the mulch needs hours of dry time after being spread Color does not set until dried one time They stated that they are uncertain as to when the customer spread the mulch and when it may have rained The offer was made to deliver yard of free mulch to cover the mulch that the color washed away from, but a delivery charge would be necessary
