I was very happy with Tree Monkeys, Incand will definitely use them again Anthony worked with me as to what I wanted and what I needed He did everything he said he would do, and when it was going to get done, and it did The tree trimming was done exactly as I wanted it and on the day he said it would be done He said the stump grinding was going to be a couple days later, and it was I felt Anthony was very honest with me, gave me a very fair and competitive price As I said before, I will definitely be using Tree Monkeys, Incagain

working at my next door neighbors yard, using my driveway preventing us from getting out and preventing a tree service I hired to work
I hired a tree service that I have waited months to come and do the work this morning they were to start and called me to say Tree Monkey was doing work in my neighbors yard but using my driveway they refused to move I called Tree Monkey and spoke to Anthony who said he would take care of it asap my tree co called me back to say they still would not move off my property until the job was finished called Anthony back again and he was very rude and said I SAID I WILL TAKE CARE OF IT as of now they are still trespassing on my property and refuse to leave we are also trapped in our driveway and cannot get out

The work that was explained by Anthony the owner of taking the branches that was over my roof was not completed and are still over the roofMy fault for paying without seeing the work firstNow that they have my money the issue is still not resolvedI would not recommend this company at allStay away

They did not supply a written quote and when they came out to do the work, they did not trim the bush they were supposed and they trimmed wrong tree
They came out today, july 26th and were supposed to trim a magnolia tree away from the roof and they were also supposed to trim a ligustrum bushInstead, they knocked over neighbors fence, trimmed the side of the magnolia tree that was not near the roof and they trimmed a maple tree instead of the ligustrum bushSpoke to owners wife and she states that my wife authorized all of this but my wife wasn't even here when the workers were hereThe owners wife then hung up on me

The Tree Monkeys do an excellent job at a fair price. They know what they're doing. We use them for our home and rental properties. My neighbors also use them. You won't have any problems if you hire them.
