After I quit I was verbally harrassed threatened an left over an hour away from my personal vehicle do not hire these clowns you would be better off hiring actual monkeys

The guys came quickly and did a very good job, both in the tree and cleaning up later All friendly and courteous In addition to a major deadwood job, they cheerfully removed two small trees at no additional charge "because we're here and we couldn't roll the truck for just that." Very customer-friendly No high pressure in getting the business, but as much explanation and information as necessary so that we knew why they thought it necessary to remove limbs we had not thought about It was a good experience We will call them the next time we need tree work done

They did not supply a written quote and when they came out to do the work, they did not trim the bush they were supposed and they trimmed wrong tree They came out today, july 26th and were supposed to trim a magnolia tree away from the roof and they were also supposed to trim a ligustrum bushInstead, they knocked over neighbors fence, trimmed the side of the magnolia tree that was not near the roof and they trimmed a maple tree instead of the ligustrum bushSpoke to owners wife and she states that my wife authorized all of this but my wife wasn't even here when the workers were hereThe owners wife then hung up on me

We didn’t really leave that much We would’ve come to fix this right away They called the Revdex.com before calling us – we have received no calls from them Our customers are very happy with our work I am not even aware of the size of the spot since they never complained to us I’m not just going to give a refund without reviewing the case, since it has been a long time since we did the job and they never called us to inform us If they communicate with us, we can try to come to a resolution

Very satisfied with Tree Monkeys Tree Service The service was able to be scheduled two days after the bid While trimming one large tree, a determination was made that the tree had a good amount of decay and a reasonable bid was given to extract the tree Very thorough job was done and good clean up afterward with reseeding of lawn where needed I would highly recommend this tree service

*** came pass today and apologized. He was to come yesterday, but had a new baby and it did rain. He will be by one day next week after he gets some sleep and rest and his new daughter is better. I am very sorry his baby will be in hospital a little longer and will pray all will be fine. I was just happy he showed up today and explained. He will bring in some dirt and fix our yard and the neighbors and then also get some grass seed.
I am happy to see they are working with us finally. I almost wished I hadn't started all this, but nothing was being done before and the owners of Tree Monkey never came pass afterwards to ask how it all went. I apologize on my part for not calling them first. So I have learned a lesson also. Thank you for stepping in and helping to resolve this situation.

We are very happy with this tree service. They trimmed and deadwooded 2 big trees in our back yard. They did an excellent job and every single leaf was cleaned up. Jordan was extremely nice, and I highly recommend this company.

We had a huge tree in our backyard that needed to come down. After 6 months of several companies telling us yes they would take down and then it not happening we received a business card in our door and decided to call. Jordan came out the next day (Thursday) gave us a quote and said they could do it on Monday. At first we did not believe them but they showed up on Monday and got to work. We loved how they worked together and were very friendly. They had to use the neighbors yard to get to the tree and they cleaned up his yard when the tree was done. We were very happy with the whole process. Michael and Jordan were and make a great team. Very very VERY Happy with their service.
