Hello Mrs [redacted] I tried contacting you on the 18th, and received no responseI tried contacting you this morning, the 19th, to see which method of delivery you would like your refund checkI left a msg, and later in the day, received one back from you, advising me to drop it in the mailWhich I did, sent priority mail with signature confirmation so I will know that you receive it in a timely matterOnce again, we are sorry you was not satisfied with our work and hope you give us another chance to win back your business in the futureThank you

Mrand Mrs [redacted] I first want to apologize for the late response to this complaintAs for the complaint, when we was at your property, me and Mr [redacted] had a conversation about the yard and area surrounding the treeand we let Mr [redacted] know the possibility of damage due to the yard being a low lying area, and was wetHe said he understood, and it continuously stayed wet and he understood the possibility of damageMr [redacted] called about the damage, and wanted us to come back outWe tried on several different occasions to make arrangements, however none of those worked for Mr [redacted]

Arboristic Tree Care sincerely apologizes for the inconvenience Mr& Mrs.*** experienced, a $refund will go out in the mail next week

The job was contracted to raise all the limbs up in the backyard*** cut quite a few limbs back and he did go back out there and completed the jobShe wanted the entire tree cut down for free due to her inconvenience and unfortunately the company can not honor that request

We have reviewed the response made by the customer in reference to this complaint***, the owner always does a walk through with every customer prior to starting any workAt that time, he discusses any possibilities of damage, and proposed outcomesThe customer, Mr***, stated the backyard was low lying ground, and always held water and was aware of possible damageAfter the work is completed, he meets with the customer, so they can inspect the workIf at a later date, they decide they are unhappy with the job outcome, we promptly return all phone calls and try our best to resolve the issue*** has tried several times to contact the customer, which he was successful, and tried to set up a time that was convenient for him, however, schedules were always conflictingWe are unsure if these calls were missed on your part, or messages were not delivered, ect
