I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint. For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear belowRegards,I read the response from *** *** stating that a gift
certificate was offered because "refunds are not offered." I would be
happy to accept a gift certificate for the four tickets that I purchased
(with fees) for the $that I paid for the tickets and was unable to
use due to the illness of my niece. Unfortunately, I
never received the email she is speaking about or any response to the
email or voice messages that I left That is why I pursued the charge
with my credit union. If Ms *** is willing to issue the gift certificate (mentioned above) I would be very happy to accept. Thank you very much, *** ***

A gift certificate for next year was offered, as refunds are not offered per our terms agreement. I sent email stating this and never received a response. Instead, I then received a credit card dispute notice via email. 1 filed requiredpaperwork with credit card company to dispute the charge back...
