I am rejecting this response because: I was told a software update was needed to be preformed as the battery was not purchased from Ford. This same service was done in December and was covered under my extended warranty

I do not agree with everything that was stated in the memoI to accept the fact that at least MrM reached out to me regarding prices of the services that I will need in the futureAs far as the VP, MrL, I have never spoken to him at allI received an email about the services that were provided on that particular day that I answered and submitted to himI will never come back to Holman Ford for any type of services because I do not feel that I would be treated the same after reporting this incident to Revdex.comI have since taken my Ford Escort to a *** Dealership in *** ** to get a honest second opinion on my car on 7/18/I was told that the tires will need to be replaced before the start of Winter which is mid to late October, As far as the brakes, the car is still at for the left and right front brakes and for the back brakesAs I was explained by *** *** he stated that when the front brakes go down to that the rotors and pads will need to be replaced; no soonerI felt when I was at Holman Ford they tried to convince me to get the brakes done on 5/26/17.

We were in contact with Ms*** subsequent to this complaintOur Service Manager, Steve M apologized for the reaction of our Advisor, RickHe also explained that we were providing the information regarding the condition of her vehicle for future reference and were not trying to sell her
anything at that time. We value all of our Customers and appreciate the fact that Ms*** lives some distance away from our businessWe will be happy to provide services for her in the future.Please let me know if there is any other information that I can provide. We have spoken to the Customer numerous times and agreed to take the vehicle back and payoff the remaining balance of the loan. The Customer is coming in to return the loaner car on August 1st and signe a power of attorney to assignet he title back to our Dealership. Respectfully, Mike...

The customer complaint: Customer states there is an issue with the battery , the battery is draining something. Tested the vehicle battery, passed. Tested charging system, passed. Tested electrical system for draw, no draw at this time.Customer had new battery replaced at [redacted]....

 Reprogrammed BCM per SSM44624. Performed BMS reset. There was no failure that we could find. Everything is operating according to factory specifications.If there was a failure or failed component that we could approach her warranty company with, we would.She was charged a diagnostic fee of $164.95 plus tax of $11.59 and shop charge of $9.90.She was refunded the $9.90. us why here...
