They took my order and gave me an estimated delivery date knowing the item was not in stock and would not be before Christmas. I never received a notice that it wasn't arriving, it just didn't arrive. God knows when they would have contacted me about the order. Oh, but they managed to process my payment immediately. Great for them to keep people's money for weeks without producing a product. I could have ordered from another company, but now am stuck with $300 tied up in Tree Stuff. They claim to want to resolve it, but can't seem to manage. The reviews I've read on-line suggest they rarely manage to get orders right.
