Review: I bought 2 boxes of your tree top fruit snacks and the problem is that the snacks wasn't fresh and kinda hard I wasn't happy at all and like to be reimburse or have it replace I paid $10 per box totaling $20.00 here is some of the box information

Thank you for allowing us to respond to the subject complaint you all received. The customer did not call our Consumer Response line, but instead called our Store & Visitor Center and indicated he’d purchased the product and it wasn’t fresh and he wanted our Store to send two new boxes without receipt of purchase. The customer provided the lot number found on the boxes which our staff verified was well within the fresh period. The customer was provided with two options: 1) return the product to the Store where it was purchased (only one large club store buys these products from Tree Top) or return the boxes with residual unopened product to our Store for a replacement.
