Review: Tree world promised to remove a tree and stump. While performing the work, a log fell through my skylight causing extensive damage. In addition, the stump was never removed. Despite multiple attempts to have the situation rectified, no one returns my calls.Desired Settlement: Complete work and pay for damages.

Review: Treeworld solicited us for tree work which we paid them $450 for but they failed to finish the job. They trimmed large branches off of our trees but left the branches on the lawn. They said they would be back the next day to finish the job but never showed up. We have left numerous messages with the company and after three weeks we still have had no response.Desired Settlement: We would like Treeworld to finish the job which we have paid for.

Review: On Feb. 26 Mr. [redacted] knocked on my house door and asked if I wanted an estimate to get some tree, branch removal/clean-up work done. I spoke with him and walked around my yard. He quoted $700 to do the work. Then he pointed out another large tree and suggested removing three limbs, topping it off. He said that would be for another $100. I said OK. The crew did work and near darkness one worker climbed the large tree and then came down and said it was too dark to continue. He said they'd be back the next day, and left some equipment in my garage. They did return on the 27th and the worker cut one limb (out of three they were supposed to cut down). He then came down from the tree and said it was too windy to complete the work, they would have to come back. It's now March 6 and they haven't returned to complete the job. My phone calls to ###-###-#### have not been returned.Desired Settlement: Finish the job or return some of the $800 I paid in cash.

Review: Trees around the home were trimmed and the branches and limbs were left at the curb outside my home (lining the street between two homes) for more than two weeks. The promised return to clean-up was not taken care of and no one has returned my numerous calls. My mother is a 72 year old lady who was told to make out her check to CASH for $1,100.00. The check was cashed and the work was not completed.Desired Settlement: We would like to be contacted immediately and the work to be completed
