had called us with a concern that our work at his neighbors house had affected his AC unit. We spoke to *** on several occasions within the first 12 hours of him reaching out to us. Within 48 hours of him reaching out to us he had filed this complaint with the Revdex.com and I personally went to see what I could do for him at his property. As I approached to access the situation he promptly told me to get off of his property. He was notified that we were happy to pay for whatever services were necessary to rectify his issues with the AC unit. He also mentioned that he believed we hit his house with a tree. There was no apparent damage anywhere near where the work was done. Also, his neighbor (our customer) was home for the duration of the work being completed and assured us what we had already known, that nothing had touched 's house. We've communicated with *** every step of the way and offered to fix any issues that he believed we may have caused. Instead he filed a complaint with the Revdex.com and threatened legal action.
