Tree & Yard Renovations

On October 23, I hired Tree and Yard Renovations for snow plowing and a tree removal. I paid Chris Z*** $1,399.00 for the tree removal and snow plowing.

The day after Thanksgiving, November 25, I went into the hospital for heart surgery. I had asked Chris Z*** to please refund me the full $1,399.00 because we could not afford the tree removal at this time due to upcoming medical bills. The snow plowing cost was $399.00. He said it was too late to cancel the snow plowing, but would refund me $1,000.00 minus $100.00 for a cancellation fee. So I would receive a total of $900.00 from him.

It is now June 21 and I still have not received the $900.00 promised.
