I showed this to an experienced seamstress who reaffirmed that the zipper was not replaced My husband and I brought the dress back to the shopCyd the person in charge did not know what to sayIndicated that she would get back to me the next eveningNo call backOver a week later the seamstress called me back indicating she was busy..This was insensitive and Hearts for you did not offer any resolution or compensation Over two weeks later Cyd and I played phone tag When we did get to speak she indicated the owner had told her to turn it over to the seamstressCyd ask me to hold on she needed to get another line The phone went dead and there was no call back I expect compensation and this to be resolvedThe dress
We ordered a flower girl dress for my daughter in April of Received August The dress was sized too smallSo much so that my daughters circulation is cut off Multiple seamstresses advised my daughter was fitted incorrectlyUpon returning to the store to have them alter the dress, we were advised that we would have to pay in full for alteration They also did not want to complete the necessary alterations and were doing quick fixes that were not fixing the problem The store employee was rude and blamed the sizing issue on my daughter and myself by informing me I sized her wrong (the store sized her), its not their fault she grew (my daughter did not grow five sizes in four months), and she has no right to be a flower girl because of her age/height (she is six....and they had no problem taking my money and not saying this when I bought the dress) In order to fix this dress, we need to buy a sample bridesmaid dress from the same designer and rebuild the top which is g
