damaged his gutter while performing the work on Mr. [redacted] property. Upon meeting with Mr. [redacted] and seeing the damage to his gutter I was able to determine that the damage had been there for some time already and had previously been painted over. There was also damage to the gutter in several other spots. I explained this to him and informed him that we were not going to replace the gutter and we parted ways. I went over the job with my foreman and was assured that the crew had not done any damage to Mr. [redacted] gutters and the work actually took place in an area opposite from the area that he is saying we damaged. I apologize if Mr. Estopinal feels that I was rude in any way as that was certainly not my intention. Accidents can happen on any job and when they do we always do our best to repair/replace any damage that was caused by us in a timely manner. Review: Treeco was trimming branches on my next door neighbors tree and one of the branches damaged my roof gutter. I called them and a man came out and said that he didn't know that employees did that and that there was nothing that he was going to do about it. My next door neighbor says that he knows that they did and he is the one who hired them. The company owner was very disrespectful and arrogant!Desired Settlement: Replace the 40Ft or so of the seamless aluminum gutter that they damaged!!!
