and they can expect to receive the refund in 2 to 8 business days, depending on how quickly their bank processes the transaction. Unfortunately, our response times are currently slower than usual due to a large influx of customer support tickets, which we are working through as quickly as possible. We have responded to the customer's earliest ticket to reiterate this information as well and they can expect to see that response via email.

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me.
However, I find the fact that I had to file a complaint with the Revdex.com in order to get them to respond to me extreme, and their business practices repulsive.
