I am so sorry to hear that you had a bad experience with Treehouse Investments and all the mail you are getting! We are a company that tries to help people in need of selling a property that is overwhelming their lives Our marketing is outsourced so we do not send material from our offices! I will do my very best to get your name off of the list so you no longer get information from our Company I know there are other competitors that send junk mail as well so please take that into consideration as welli just wanted to share a nice testimonial that one of our sellers sent in: When my step mom passed away we needed to sell the house that had been in trust to us for many yearsWhen we got into the house we discovered there was a lot of things that had not been repaired or upgraded and it needed lots of cleaningThere were people living there that needed to moveWe were so stressed about paying the past due utilities and clearing everything out of the houseWe are senior citizens and did not feel we could afford the repairs or have the energy to do it ourselvesI had received post cards about our house from several sources and the ones from Key Point made the most senseThese were very stressful times for my sisters and me and it was affecting our healthI was so relieved when I called Keypoint SolutionsIt was a huge stress lifted off usThey were very supportive and helpfulTheir offer was very reasonable and It simplified the whole process of selling the home we were raised inThey were a blessing to us and were everything they promisedI will forever be grateful for calling themI would recommend them to anyone selling their home with the issues we were dealing withAgain, I will do my best to get you taken off of our marketing lists!Warm Regards and have a HAPPY HOLIDAY!Susan at Keypoint SolutionsTransaction Coordinator

All of the issues that you described are a result from what this contractor did and told us he didThe invoices were never forged, which is a very serious charge that has been mentionedThose invoices were submitted by that contractor and were paid by our company in full faith that they were completed as statedOur company has been just as damaged by this contractor as you have, and we have since hired other individual licensed contractors to fix the issues you've mentioned and we have gone above and beyond what we are contractually obligated to do, in order to make things right for you. It's our goal to do the best and be the best at what we doWe have bought and sold hundreds and hundreds of homes and this a very rare exception to how people feel after working with usWe are addressing these issues internally and we will make the necessary changes so that these kinds of things don't happen again. I am rejecting this response because: I do not accept a meaningless apology; I want the contacts via U.S. mail or any other means to STOP. It turns out this business is even shadier than I realized when I filed the complaint. I received another postcard from them, with the name of another person and a totally different address and phone number. When I called that number, I found that it is also [redacted]. The only name on that postcard is Jared M[redacted]; phone number [redacted]. It stated that he’s still waiting for a reply from me (because he sent me a letter in March). The first postcard (and previous letter) was from Andy M[redacted] same phone number. That postcard is the one I complained about; it at least had the name [redacted] in very tiny print. This barrage of mail from them is totally unwanted. This house is not even for sale. And it will NEVER be sold to such shady people.

I am rejecting this response because: your representative was made aware that my name was not the owner of record the first day I met her. This has not ever been a topic of discussion until I filed with the Revdex.com. My response to your A+credit rating is because you or your company bribe people NOT to report your business tactics by offering them gift cards.  [redacted] SEE ATTACHED AUDIO RECORDING[redacted].  The agreed purchase offer was one  CREATED AND OFFERED BY YOUR TEAM MEMBER!   [redacted] gave me a low and high number.  She said it would not be any lower than the low number!! Then you came back with almost 10k beloe the low offer.  After you drug me around for 45 days.  Your website says you close quickly, pay cash and once a price is agreed (contract signed) the seller can consider it sold.  To be honest with you I am not angry at the  extremely long wait period, or the way you guys drug the deal out to the last minute then blindsided me with a low ball purchase price. But with the way you handle your customers. The hostile, uninformative, insincere manner which you conduct business.  You throw your A+ Revdex.com rating around like badge verifying good business ethics. I may have no other recourse and simply have to move on from this situation... but I want other people to know the truth about your company!! I would not let my daughter sell your company her barbie doll house.! You sneaky shady,  have no customer service or accountability.
