Trees Are My Business LLC

I was really thrilled with the service I received from Trees are my Business. I needed some work done and had been looking into services. I happened to see a truck with the company name when I was driving to work one day, so looked them up. The communication was easy. I submitted a request for information on their website and heard back that day. Maureen was very helpful and responsive, and after a few emails we scheduled an onsite evaluation for a quote. I couldn’t be there, but sent a description of that I wanted to have done. Anthony stopped by and was able to provide itemized estimates for each task so I could prioritize and work within my budget. The quote was very reasonable, and actually less than half of what I received from another company…thousands of dollars less. They were flexible to schedule the work around my availability and arranged for a Saturday job.
The team was exceptional and professional the day they came to do the work. Anthony introduced himself and we did a walkthrough of what we had agreed upon to make sure that we were on the same page as far as the work to be done and the prices. There was one item where we determined that his quote was not for the work that I had intended, but Anthony agreed to do what I had wanted for the same price. I also asked about an additional small tree removal that was not included in the initial request, and they offered to throw it in for free! Finally, there were a couple of dead trees nearby that were noticed while work was being completed. Anthony pointed them out and said they were potentially a risk to hit the house if they were to fall. They were large trees, so I was bracing myself for his estimate, but it was very reasonable and an easy decision to complete the work while they were there.
Finally, I was thrilled with how quickly they were able to complete the work. The team arrived with all of the necessary equipment and worked on multiple areas concurrently to prune several trees, remove branches, remove trees and grind stumps and have it all cleared and cleaned up in a couple hours. A neighbor had work done with another company, and there was a truck parked on the street every night for a week. The efficiency of Trees are my Business was very impressive.
I could not have been happier with the entire experience and would recommend Anthony and his team to anyone in need of tree service.
