I had Trees for Needs out to trim trees at two properties and remove and grind the stump for a mesquite They arborist was professional and pointed out some issues I had not considered and worked with me to provide a reasonable estimate for the work
The trimming crew was on time, efficient and did a great job on the trees The mesquite grinding was completed by a separate team and they took the time to repair an irrigation line affected by the work and tidied up the rock so you'd never know a tree had been there

Trees For Needs removed a very big pine tree from my front year. The workers were very respectful and tidy. The stump was ground down in a two step process. They did a great job in clearing the area of wood chips at my request. I would definitely recommend this company for tree trimming and for removal of trees & stumps.

The workers were on time, hard working, and cleaned up after they were done for the day. My problem began with the amount owed. My WRITTEN work order was totaled at $1130.00. The work order totals carried to the right side amounts added up to that total. Under the "work description" column the grinding of 3 stumps was listed as $340.00. When [redacted] wrote out the order I asked what the grand total was and he pointed to the $1130 amount. I circled it and wrote total then signed the work order. The stumps would be done later, I was told by the workers. I called the office to arrange payment for $790.00. I told the office I would pay the rest when the stumps were done. A few minutes later the office called back to say the stumps were extra and I owed the entire $1130. I feel like I've been scammed. Whether it is shoddy work on [redacted] part or I got "bait and switched" doesn't really matter. The end result is the same....a very unhappy customer that will NEVER use this company again.
