Trees-N-Trunks

Review: Trees N Trunks fail to fulfill their contract obligation. After receiving a down payment, they started the work, but never returned to complete the work. They are very difficult to contact, they do not return calls. They stole my money!Desired Settlement: This company needs to be held liabile to their mis-practice.

Review: I contracted with the owner of Trees-N-Trunks, [redacted] ([redacted]), to cut down three trees; He started the job, completed half, was compensated in full, and never returned to complete the agreed upon scope of work. Thereafter, I contacted him several times via the aforementioned number and spoke with [redacted]. Each time he stated he would return to complete the agreed upon work. Subsequently, I attempted numerous other times to contact [redacted], and each time I was met with negative results. I did leave a voice mail message each time as well. PS - As a result of the partial work that was performed by [redacted], there was damaged sustained to a fence in my yard.Desired Settlement: Refund of payment for work not performed. Reimbursement for damage sustained.

Review: On 9/**/13 I paid Dave Pedersen $200 to repair damage to my roof don by squirrels. He told me he would be back later that day to do the job. When he didn't show that day, or the next, I called him. He said he world come by and do the job before the end of the day on the [redacted]. When he didn't show that day, or the next morning I called him again and asked when he WOULD come to the job. He told me he was busy and he would get here "when he had time". I told him that wasn't acceptable and asked for a firm day and time for doing the job. He refused to do that. I then called and left messages the following Monday and Tuesday. He never returned my calls or showed up to do the job ... and basically stole my $200. I only wish I had seen the first Revdex.com complaint against him I found here after the fact. FYI ... he has a new phone number that is different from what is listed on the Revdex.com site. It is ###-###-####.Desired Settlement: I want me $200 refunded. I also want to make sure this complaint is posted and shared so others won't be ripped off by this guy!
