car being at our business for so long, we misplaced his keys. I take full responsibility for losing his keys. We were able to replace the ignition switch to get him a key to start the car. We removed the door lock and took it to a local locksmith and then to the Ford dealer, with no luck. They said it was too old of a vehicle and they did not have the supplies. (1995) I explained this to the customer but he demanded that I pay $90 to have a key made. I finally found a place in Bowling Green that can make a key. When he gets his car running he is going to bring it back to our shop and we are gonna take the lock to Bowling Green and have him a key made. Since this incident, we have spoken many times and "it's all good!"
